Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated: 22 September 2026

99c Book Store sells digital e-books through 99cbook.store. Because our products are digital and are delivered electronically, we do not accept physical returns.

1. Digital products

All e-books purchased through 99cbook.store are digital products.

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your e-book is made available for digital download.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, all completed purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been supplied.

2. No change-of-mind refunds

We do not normally provide refunds simply because you have changed your mind, purchased the wrong e-book, or no longer want the digital product after it has been supplied.

Please check the product information and title carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Problems with a purchased e-book

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

If an e-book that you have purchased:

  • Is not supplied;
  • Cannot reasonably be accessed or downloaded;
  • Is materially different from its description;
  • Is corrupted or defective;
  • Does not conform to the contract; or
  • Otherwise fails to meet applicable statutory requirements,

please contact us at privacy@99cbook.store.

We will investigate the issue and, where required by applicable law, provide an appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include restoring access to the digital content, supplying a replacement or providing an appropriate price reduction or refund.

4. Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same e-book more than once, please contact us as soon as possible at:

privacy@99cbook.store

We will review the transaction and may provide an appropriate remedy where a genuine duplicate transaction has occurred.

5. Refunds required by law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Where applicable Irish or European consumer law gives you a right to a refund or other remedy, that right will continue to apply.

6. Digital-content cancellation rights

Digital content supplied immediately after purchase can be subject to specific rules concerning cancellation rights.

Where required, our checkout process will ask you to expressly acknowledge that the digital content will be supplied immediately and that you may lose a statutory cancellation right once supply begins.

This policy does not remove any cancellation right or other consumer protection that legally applies to your purchase.

7. How to request assistance

If you believe there is a problem with an e-book you purchased, please contact us:
